Certificate in Christian Studies

There are two forms you may use to record your progress (please ask sessions tutors to sign the form as a record of your attendance):
Sessions attended - this form allows you to record all the sessions you have attended, to provide a record of your learning.
Ten sessions completed - this form is designed to show the sessions you have attended which count specifically towards the Certificate in Christian Studies. Once you have filled in this form, please submit it to us in order to receive your Certificate.
